Paramjeet Singh is a professional researcher and consultant and heads Marcomres Solution Pvt Ltd. He joined Consumer VOICE as a Research Manager and then as a Director, Research in 2005, when he undertook the first quality of service studies. Since then he had completed various research based studies for Government and other Institutions on Quality of Service, customer satisfaction, market feasibility studies, sustainable development and other market research related studies. At present, his interest lies in sustainable agriculture and is involved in production, processing and marketing of organic products.
